This is a Reproduction of Heaven's Fall from the movie seven swords.  Three circle cut outs allow the blade to be locked in place in the handle. The blade slides from one end of the handle to the other and can even be used with the blade centered and a blade coming out of each side of the handle (like a short bo with blades).

    The Chinese Sword is a sword and melee weapon that appears in Hitman Contracts. Here you provide a Chinese sword coated in a deadly poison said to kill as soon as the blade grazes another person. Thanks.
